I have been responsible for the design, supervision and construction of the house which is an excellent beton construction.
The house lies on a plot of 4 strema (4000 sqm).
The villa consists of a basement which includes an internal parking space, a ground floor with 3 bedrooms with bathroom and a dressing room. The first floor has an open kitchen, living room and mezzanine. The first floor has two splendid terraces ( east and west orientation) and a small balcony(north orientation). All of them have a magnificent view over the island, the sea, the port of Skopelos.
The surface of the first floor is made of wood of excellent quality and one can see the beams of the roof. The house has excellent isolation against the heat and humidity.
The foundations are made of excellent beton quality (C20/25). The surrounding supporting walls are isolated again humidity as well as the surface of the basement, terraces with the most modern and safe techniques to ae,nsure that no water ever enters in the house, from the basement or the terraces.
The villa with the pool are adapted to the local environmental landscape and traditional character of the island and is acknowledged as one of the best quality constructions and beautiful villa in the island of Skopelos
