Yannis Asteriadis graduated from the department of Civil Engineering of the
Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1989 and since that moment, he is
working as independent engineer, responsible for his private office and team
of associate partners and the same time he is the owner of the Real Estate

He is dealing with the study, supervision, and construction of civil engineering
projects. Since 1989, he has delivered more than 300 projects for industrial
buildings, private houses, hotels), in cooperation with renowned offices of
architects. He is an active member of the Technical Chamber of the Association
of civil engineers of Greece. He lives and works in the island of Skopelos and in
general where the project takes place. He has a good command of French and
English.
